White-label portal at your own domain

Serve the customer portal at portal.yourcompany.com instead of portal.<sub>.mojaedge.com.

1. Pick the subdomain

Decide your subdomain (e.g. portal.yourcompany.com). Email support@mojaedge.com so we whitelist it on our edge router.

2. Add the CNAME

Create a CNAME from portal.yourcompany.com → portal.<your-mojaedge-subdomain>.mojaedge.com. Cloudflare-proxied is fine. Leave it DNS-only until our TLS cert is issued, then re-enable proxy.

3. TLS issuance

Within ~5 minutes of the CNAME being live, our Traefik resolver issues a Let's Encrypt cert for your domain. We email you when done.

4. Branding

Pro plan: portal footer says "powered by Mojaedge". Business plan: footer says only your name. Configure via HQ → Tenant → White-label.
