Every Mojaedge tenant gets xcomsg (Ultimate SMS) for SMS and ZeptoMail for email. Order receipts, OTPs, abandoned-cart nudges, daily sales summaries — all run on these out of the box.
Bulk
Admin → **SMS** → **Compose blast**. Upload recipients (CSV or paste), preview cost, schedule send. Worker processes the queue minute-by-minute.
Two-way
Reply-back from any short-code message lands at `/api/webhook/sms/inbound`. We log it, thread to the matching order, and SMS your ops numbers a summary.
