Customer rights
Each tenant exposes a self-service endpoint where end customers can request a JSON export of their data (`/api/dpa/export`) or anonymisation (`/api/dpa/delete`). Both flows use a 6-digit OTP delivered by SMS.
Backups + retention
Daily encrypted backups to off-host storage. 30-day retention by default; longer windows configurable. We don't read or scan your data; backups are AES-256.
