Getting started
From signup to first invoice in 30 minutes.
1. Request a tenant
Pick a subdomain (e.g. `acme.mojaedge.com`) and choose a plan. We provision a sandbox tenant within one business day. Sandbox = full ERPNext + KRA eTIMS sandbox + Daraja sandbox. No charge for 14 days.
2. Add users
ERPNext Desk → **User List** → add team members. Roles: System Manager (admin), Sales User, Accounts User, Stock User. Each user logs in at your subdomain with their email + a one-time password they'll be asked to change.
3. Set your KRA PIN
Selling Settings → **Tax PIN** → enter your KRA PIN. Required before any Sales Invoice will sign through eTIMS. PINs are validated through Safaricom IPRS in production.
4. Wire M-Pesa
Stores Settings → **M-Pesa**. Paste your Paybill / Buy Goods number, Daraja consumer key + secret. Use sandbox values for trial; flip to production when you're ready.
5. Go live
Email hello@mojaedge.com when you're ready to leave sandbox. We swap your eTIMS comms key + Daraja credentials and migrate any sandbox data to production in under 2 hours.
